Had a flat tire and they checked it out (not patchable) and got a new tire on same day. Appreciated the efficiency and communication and will likely be back for any future diagnostic needs.

Highly recommend AutoService1! Danny was extremely accommodating and helpful, and I have not experiencing better customer service at any other mechanic. He was able to squeeze me in after my battery died on a busy day and gave me a great price to replace it. I had my car up and running with a new battery by the end of the day. I also appreciated the diagnostic report provided with photos and explanations. Will be coming back in the future for brake replacements!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are incredibly helpful, super knowledgeable and very customer oriented. In a pinch they had my tire ordered and fixed in a few hours. They took over after our beloved family auto repair man Tico retired and my whole family continues to use Auto Service 1. Danny is great and I absolutely plan on going back anytime my car needs servicing!!!!

After weeks of working with another auto repair place in the area, this place got it right the first time. So glad that I gave this place a chance. No issue since and my car has been running back to normal. They also got the job done in a day - no back and forth either. I recommend this place!

Came in for a quick inspection because I thought something was wrong with my car. They were able to get me in and hold true to their estimated time they gave me. Definitely will visit again if I ever have issue - guy who helped out was honest and nice.

Danny and this place were a godsend!!! I was driving through and had a serious issue happen with my car. Happened to get there after hours and he very graciously took me and anyway and had it fixed very early on the next day at a very reasonable price. Appreciated text communication complete with photos and diagnostics of everything. Such a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go here again!!!!

I worked with Danny and Nick. Both were genuinely kind and polite. I had my car back just as promised and on time if not even quicker. They went out their ways to even give me back a clean car and what I gave them was a filthy snowy Chicago winter car. Very very happy with their help.

Have been going to this place for years before it became AutoService1. Took my almost 20yr old Jeep Liberty here. Was in surpirsly pretty good shape, just a bunch of little things that needed replacing after all the years. Nick and Danny were great. Explained everything thoroughly. I also really appreciated the detailed report with images outlining all the needed repairs. Car was ready even earlier than expected. So pleased, the only place I'll be taking my car from now on.

I'm no auto expert so I can't speak to competitiveness of prices. I can say that the employees here are kind and helpful. Turnaround time was super fast for some hefty repairs needed. They communicate well and are super easy to get in touch with! This is a gem in Logan Square. They've been around as long as I can remember and family and friends have always spoken highly! While I like to avoid needing repairs as much as I can, Tico's definitely has a lifetime customer in me!
