Your service is very good. When you finished work at 6:30, you still took my car and helped me replace it with new tires in a timely manner the next day. Moreover, the cost is cheaper than that of similar manufacturers outside. Thank you very much for your excellent service. James Wu

These guys are great! My car blew a belt on 94 at 6 in the evening, pulled off and they were the closest shop. Danny stayed open late for me to have the car towed there. They did awesome work and super friendly, highly recommend!

If you need a quality oil change in Logan Square and like supporting local businesses... this is the place for you. Danny is friendly and thorough, and they take appointment times, so no waiting around like Jiffy Lube and the other places!!!

They did a great job, and Danny was really helpful! Went here to get my oil changed and brakes inspected. Found out I needed a break replacement and to get the front tire repaired. Danny provided an accurate estimate on costs, which I appreciated (no surprise fees). He also showed me photos of all the issues before we scheduled the service. My car is running well and I've had no issues so far. I'll definitely be coming back.

I have used AutoService1 twice now - once for replacement of my stolen catalytic converter and once for an oil change. Both times they have been extremely prompt, accommodating (for example when I needed to drop off my car after hours), and have done great work. I absolutely love the fact that they provide pictures of what needs to be fixed and send this electronically before calling you to discuss an estimate - this made it extremely easy to submit a claim to my insurance and get reimbursed, and was honestly what made me certain to return for future service. (Note that the sign outside says Tico's Auto Repair, not AutoService1, but this is the correct place.) Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend AutoService1! Danny was extremely accommodating and helpful, and I have not experiencing better customer service at any other mechanic. He was able to squeeze me in after my battery died on a busy day and gave me a great price to replace it. I had my car up and running with a new battery by the end of the day. I also appreciated the diagnostic report provided with photos and explanations. Will be coming back in the future for brake replacements!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are incredibly helpful, super knowledgeable and very customer oriented. In a pinch they had my tire ordered and fixed in a few hours. They took over after our beloved family auto repair man Tico retired and my whole family continues to use Auto Service 1. Danny is great and I absolutely plan on going back anytime my car needs servicing!!!!

Danny and this place were a godsend!!! I was driving through and had a serious issue happen with my car. Happened to get there after hours and he very graciously took me and anyway and had it fixed very early on the next day at a very reasonable price. Took my almost 20yr old Jeep Liberty here. Was in surpirsly pretty good shape, just a bunch of little things that needed replacing after all the years. Nick and Danny were great. Explained everything thoroughly. I also really appreciated the detailed report with images outlining all the needed repairs. Car was ready even earlier than expected. So pleased, the only place I'll be taking my car from now on.
